Shipping & Delivery

Nova Electronics operates a fully integrated courier and logistics network. Delivery costs and timeframes are calculated in real time during checkout, based on volumetric weight, package dimensions, and your delivery destination.

1. Dispatch & Payment Clearance

  • Payment verification: orders are securely logged but will not be released for dispatch or warehouse collection until full payment has cleared in our corporate banking account.
  • Processing lead times: standard stock items require 1 to 2 working days for processing and picking, from payment clearance to handover to our courier partners.

2. Delivery Timeframes & Regional Surcharges

Standard delivery timeframes depend on order receipt time, stock availability at our regional hubs, and courier efficiency in your area.

Important notice on lead times: items marked “Special Order” or “Available via Supplier” are procured directly upon payment clearance and are subject to an extended supplier lead time of 7 to 14 working days before arrival at our facility and dispatch.

3. Fulfilment Rules & General Terms

  • Physical address requirement: deliveries are door-to-door only. We do not dispatch to P.O. Boxes, private bags, or PostNet suites. Please provide a complete physical street address and accurate postal code.
  • Consignment receipt: couriers operate between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We recommend using an address where someone will be available to inspect and sign for the delivery.
  • Pre-delivery contact: tracking details are issued upon dispatch; however, we cannot guarantee that the courier will call ahead of arrival.

4. Out-of-Stock Items

Our inventory is coordinated directly with live distribution and manufacturer stock data. In the rare event that an item is depleted after purchase, you may choose to:

  • place the item on back-order, for dispatch as soon as replenishment stock arrives at our warehouse; or
  • accept a functional equivalent or substitute product suggested by Nova Electronics, while retaining the right to instead keep your back-order position or request store credit or a refund for the unfulfilled portion of your order.
