Orders and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we exclusively accept Direct Bank Deposit (EFT). This allows us to keep our transactions secure and process your order directly through official banking channels.

How do I pay via Direct Deposit?

  1. Place your order: Complete the checkout process on our website.

  2. Receive bank details: Our official banking details and a unique order reference number will be displayed on the confirmation page and emailed to you immediately.

  3. Make the transfer: Log into your banking app or online portal to make the payment.

  4. Use your reference: Please ensure you use your Order Number as the payment reference so we can link the payment to your account.

Do I need to send proof of payment?

Yes, please. To speed up your order processing, email your proof of payment (POP) to our support email address.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed as soon as the funds clear into our account.

  • Same-bank transfers usually clear instantly or within a few hours.

  • Immediate payment / Real-time clearing options will allow us to pack and ship your order much faster.

  • Standard inter-bank transfers can take 1 to 2 business days to reflect.

Is it safe to pay via Direct Deposit?

Absolutely. Paying via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is one of the most secure ways to shop because you handle the transaction directly through your own bank’s encrypted security system. We never see, access, or store your banking credentials.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are your products genuine?

100% yes. We source all products directly from authorised South African distributors. Every product comes with a valid South African warranty.

Do you price match?

Yes! Found a lower price at another SA retailer? Send us a link and we will match it.

Delivery

How long will my delivery take?

Most major cities: 2-3 business days. Regional areas: 3-5 business days. Order before 2pm for same-day dispatch.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - free standard shipping on all orders over R999!

Returns

What if my product is damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free collection, repair, or replacement - your choice.
